Salmon and chum salmon shashlik with grilled vegetables

Two types of kebabs made from the most valuable salmon fish - salmon and chum salmon - combined with aromatic grilled vegetables and golden-brown potatoes. Served with thin Armenian lavash and tartar sauce.
